Please adhere to registration deadlines for all NMASC events. NMASC events are for NMASC member schools. NMASC does not issue refunds for events; however we are happy to make substitutions with no penalty.

May, 2017

  • May 1: USPS postmark deadline for NMASC Summer Workshop mail-in forms/payment
  • May 15: USPS postmark deadline for Region 6 Student Leadership Conference registration balance to NMASC

June, 2017

  • June 4-5: NMASC Executive Board meeting in Socorro
  • June 6-9: NMASC Summer Leadership Workshop - "Major League Leadership" - at NM Tech in Socorro. Cost: $275/student (includes workshop materials, t-shirts, dorm accommodations, and meals). With a pre-registration of at least 7 students per school, the registration for 1 advisor from that school is $100 (to cover meals). Otherwise, registration is $275/advisor.
  • June 23-25: 2017 Region 6 VISION Conference at Liberty North HS in Kansas City, MO. Approx cost TBD pending registration (registration fee is $175 per student or advisor), hotel, transportation, some meals, NMASC delegation t-shirts and trading items, etc.
  • June 26-28: 2017 NASC National Conference at Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH

August 1 - October 20, 2017

  • 2017-18 NMASC Annual Member Dues for Middle Level and High Schools may be submitted at any time between August 1 and October 20. There is a required NMASC Member Dues Form INVOICE available by clicking HERE for the school advisor which must be sent to NMASC each year along with membership dues payment.

September, 2017

  • September 22: NMASC/Fall District Conference online registration closes
  • September 23: Advisor of the Year (Middle Level and High School StuCo Advisors) - Complete nomination/application packet USPS postmark deadline. Info available here.

October, 2017

  • October is National Principal's Month! Thank your administrators for their StuCo support!
  • October 6: NMASC/District Fall Conference postmark deadline registration/materials
  • October 21-26: NMASC/District Fall Conference Week (cost: $20/students; $10/advisors) No limit on number of delegates/school. Schools attend conferences in their NMASC District in five locations throughout the state:
    • Saturday, October 21: Central District
    • Monday, October 23: Northwest District
    • Tuesday, October 24: Northeast District
    • Wednesday, October 25: Southeast District
    • Thursday, October 26: Southwest District
  • October 15: Administrator of the Year nomination postmark deadline. Info available here.

November, 2017

  • November 10-12: NASC LEAD Conference (location TBA) - Approximate cost is $700/person (for NASC member school rate) and includes hotel, air and ground transportation, some meals. Each school attending registers on their own and is responsible for all travel/hotel arrangements.
  • November 20: NMASC State Conference Early Bird online pre-registration closes

December, 2017

  • December 1: NMASC 2018 State Conference Early Bird pre-registration USPS postmark deadline (forms and payment - $70/student; $45/advisor)
  • December 7: NMASC 2018-19 State Officer and Executive Advisor Candidate applications absolute USPS postmark/email submission deadline
  • December 9: NMASC State Conference Regular online pre-registration closes
  • December 16: NMASC 2018 State Conference Regular pre-registration USPS postmark deadline (forms and payment - $85/student; $45/advisor)

2018

January, 2018

  • January 6-7: NMASC Executive Board Meeting (Albuquerque)
  • January 13: Student Council of the Year applications absolute USPS postmark or delivered by date
  • January 20: NMASC 2018 State Conference Delegate Names due to NMASC
  • February 8-10: NMASC State Leadership Conference hosted by Bernalillo HS: AMPlify Your Leadership - Born to Rock It! Approximate cost: Early Bird pre-registration (forms and payment postmarked by December 1) is $70/student, $45/advisor; Regular pre-registration (forms and payment postmarked by December 16) is $85/student, $45/advisor. Names are due January 20, 2018. Transportation, hotel and some meals are the responsibility of each school attending.

March, 2018

  • March, 2018: Region 6 VISION Conference registration information due for NMASC delegation to the 2018 Region 6 VISION Conference in Tucson, AZ
  • March, 2018: NASC National Student Council Conference registration information due for NMASC delegatioin to the 2018 NASC Conference (location TBA)
  • March 17-18: NMASC Executive Board Meeting/Officer Training (Albuquerque)

April, 2018

  • April 16-20: National Student Leadership Week
  • April 21: NMASC Summer Workshop absolute online pre-registration deadline

May, 2018

  • May 1: USPS postmark deadline for NMASC Summer Workshop pre-registration mail-in forms and payment
  • May 15: USPS Postmark deadline for Region 6 VISION Conference registration balance to NMASC

June, 2018

  • June 3-4: NMASC Executive Board Meeting (Socorro)
  • June 5-8: NMASC Summer Leadership Workshopat NM Tech in Socorro, NM. Approximate cost is $290/student and is all-inclusive. With a pre-registration of 7 or more students, one (1) advisor per school is $125; otherwise advisor registration is $290/ea.
  • June 22-24: 2018 Region 6 VISION Conference hosted by Ironwood Ridge HS in Tucson, AZ. Approximate trip cost is TBD pending conference registration, itinerary, hotel, transportation, some meals, NMASC delegation shirts and swag swap items, etc.. NMASC VISION Conference pre-trip will be June 19-22. Conference registration is $175/student or advisor.
  • June, 2018: NASC National Conference (location TBD)
