- NMAA Verification of Eligibility Form (NMAA Eligibilty Form is to be submitted to NMASC with principal’s signature via one of the two methods below:
- USPS mail (NMASC; PO Box 95468; Albuquerque, NM 87199)
- or scan (a scan, not a photograph) and email to HahnNMASC@aol.com
- NMASC will notify NMAA that each school’s eligibility form and delegate roster (submitted online by January 20) has been received
- Student-Led Workshop Online Application
- Adult-Led Workshop Online Application
- 2025 Student Officer & Executive Advisor Candidate Application (due December 7)
- Student Delegates’ Names (due January 20)
- School Delegate Substitution Form (if your delegates change between January 20 and February 9, it is the school advisor’s responsibility to notify NMASC of the delegate change)
- Update the category(ies) in which your school is submitting a project. Use this form ONLY if you need make a change to what you orginally selected when you submitted your school’s registration form.

About Rio Grande Vista High School
South of I-40, where roots run deep, nestled by the river is a community like no other. Since 1958, Rio Grande High School has been the “heart” of Albuquerque’s South Valley. With over 1,600 students, the Home of the Ravens is where tradition touches tomorrow. In our 65-year history, this is the first time we’ve hosted the NMASC State Conference. We’re excited to showcase the pride we have in our school, our community, and we’re excited to welcome you to our familia!
