Meet Lori Kiblinger

Lori Kiblinger

The 2021 NMASC/District Conferences will feature nationally known leadership trainer, consultant, and former Student Council advisor Lori Kiblinger from Kansas!

A self-proclaimed “Student Council lifer,” Lori has loved the organization since she was in middle school, which was a really long time ago. Being a delegate at the Kansas Student Council Workshop when she was in high school changed her entire career path, and she became a teacher so she could be a Student Council Advisor. She has spent her life doing just that, along with being a part of staffs at state and national leadership workshops, attending leadership conferences, consulting with Student Councils when she could, and offering workshops to student leaders and fellow advisors. She can’t think of a better way to maintain hope for the future!

Besides being a Student Council Advisor, Lori has been a teacher of Leadership and English, a coach, an assistant principal, and a principal during her tenure, both at the high school and middle school level.  She is currently a freelance educator who enjoys kayaking, hiking, zip-lining, and hanging out with her two incredible grandkids.
